PlayStation Allstars Battle Royale PS Vita Error C2-12383-7 PS VITA

hI, i buy this game in a flash sale for ps3 for use the cross-play  and play it in my psvita, When i try to download the game this fails and send me a error: C2-12383-7

I try lot of  time to dowload it but i cant, try to find the solution in web but nothing, all have the same problema for long time and PlayStation dont have solution for this.

Now have any solution? i lost my money?
