This is for another account on PSN and not this one. When I try to log onto the site or my console it says the password was wrong. Then I try to send the request to fix the password, and it says the information I sent was invalid. So I check my email. "Hey you changed your email, this message confirms it". So I contacted support.
On top of not getting the help I require, I was literally offered only two ways to recover the account. Even though I provided the correct information for the first option, we went with a card number.
Why are there so little ways to prove identity? I know my account, I could explain things associated, and the email is on record. I'm about to lose my account and I need real customer support.
