Error code (C2-12383-7)

Hi! My name is Elmehdi,

I purchased this game in playstation-store '"Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale PS-Vita".

But, when it's finished downloading, it said "Error Code (C2-13270-3) or (C2-12383-7)" and don’t want to be installed.

I formatted my PS-Vita 3 times and downloaded all my games 2 times, but this still don’t want to be installed.

I want a refund please for this game.
