Was going to buy $9.99 in silver in destiny.
It said 3 cents would be paid from my current wallet and $9.96 through paypal.
After I put in my password it said some error with maintenance.
I go back and check my wallet and now my wallet is $0.00.
I check psn and it says everything is up.
where's my 3 cents psn?
