Problem with purchases in the store. Lost money on a purchase.

Okay. First things first, I know this isn't the place, but I can't send an email, as Sony wants to shorten response time or something, and don't have the time during the day to wait for a chat, or a phone call.

So I pre-ordered a game. One Piece Burning Blood to be exact. Even grabbed the Deluxe Edition. Game downloaded, all my extra DLCs too. Game plays fine. But, when I look at the store it's telling me I bought the basic edition of the game. And wants to charge me in full for all the DLC and my deluxe edition again. Honestly, I'm upset because I was buying a new system soon and want my full game with the DLCs I paid for. Not the basic game, while I lose my money. Any suggestions, anything?

I can provide pictures on my PlayStation, in my account, anything that says I bought what I'm claiming. Help, please?
