hey
today i tried to access the psn store for downloading my purchased games
It required an update,i updated it
and after that whenever i go to my download list in store it freezes the device on the same screen and every time i have to restart the ps3 from poer button
Upon restart it sends report to sony and does a disk checkup
buy still even after restart i am unable to access my downloads
i am kinda new to it guys kindly suggest what to do to solve this issue ASAP
