and also somehow someone was able to make a sub account to my email. I didn't game share or anything, I came home from my camping trip over the weekend and when I tried to sign in to PSN, it said invalid password. I check my mail to my email and finding out someone purchased a game on my PSN account.
I called sony and did a live chat with them and couldn't do nothing about it, which is weird because how can the serial number to my first console not match, I had this account for so long I would think that Sony would be able to fix this
