PSN Hacked and Primary PS4 Changed

I've had to change my PSN Password twice in the last 48 hours. Someone (in the UK?) has logged into my PSN and changed my primary PS4. I cannot deactivate their PS4 remotely so I cannot change my PS4 back to my primary.
