I received an email from Playstation Network yesterday afternoon informing me that my sign-in ID has been changed.
Here's what it said.

Now I opened the email this morning after I tried to log in on my PS4 and couldn't. I clicked the link they provided in the upper part of the email and it said the page does not exist. But the ones near the bottom do work, however, it just takes me to their support page where I can search for my problem and naturally there is no article about your sign-in ID being changed.
I did not change my ID myself and no one else that I am aware of has access to my account, PS4, or computer. I'd love to be able to get this matter resolved so I don't lose out on 10 years worth of purchases, trophies, and other stuff. I can't seem to do anything right now since customer support is currently unavailable. But my credit card is also linked to that account and since the email address that the account was linked to has changed and it is a holiday weekend any purchases that may be made won't show up until Tuesday at the earliest and apparently the account has been compromised since 1:07PM EST yesterday.
I was actually playing on it yesterday just before my ID had apparently been changed and left my game running all the rest of the afternoon so some stuff would get finished (mgsv) while I had to do other things and it wasn't until this morning when I turned my TV back on and powered up the controller before a notification came up saying I was signed out of the PSN.
