I did all procedures. It is a SONY PROBLEM , YES!! Sony block some ips, if you try enter by computer in login page you have the massage ithat your ip is blocked. Blocked by who?? This message come by PlayStation server!!! ONLY IN PLAY STATION OUR IP OS BLOCKED!!!! The Internet has a normal access. I PAYED 50 dollar for this cheat !!!!
