I was not home at the time, but when i arrived at home my password had already been reset, and i have lost all access to my account.
I already called and canceled the card attached to the account, so hopefully no charges were made.
I have all of my account information, including my answers to my secret questions, address, and the original email and pass word, but play station hasn't been able to help me thus far.
I am really hoping someone online sees this and can point me in the right direction.
