I was trying to upgrade a psn sub account that recently became eligible for becoming a master account, and whenever I agreed to sony's terms and conditions it suddenly claimed the account wasn't actually eligible for an upgrade. Does anyone know what could be causing this? This was being done through the PlayStation website because I only own a ps3, which from what I've seen is impossible to upgrade a sub account from.
