Hello,I just purchased NBA 2K16 for my younger cousin, it was his birthday today and he just got a ps4 so i set him up online and his mom offered to pay for 1 game and thats what it was. After he finished paying for the game he showed me on the playstation app on his phone 'this says its for ps3, can you still play it on ps4" at the time i added it in the shopping cart i clearly didnt realize. Now hes stuck with a brand new ps4 and a game he cant even play because its for the old consle. Is there any way we can get a refund or exchange for the games between new gen and old because the refund form link is not working. In order to contact Sony support, I have to fill the form but it say they were unable to verify my PSN Online ID. PLEASE HELP ME
