So I'm not sure what to do or who to talk to. I cant find any legitimate phone number to call, so here I am. I logged onto my ps4 after 3 months of not playing, only to find that my psn account is gone. I cant sign in. My e-mail address isnt even recognized as HAVING an account. I searched my e-mail and found an e-mail from sony asking if I wanted my account transferred to another address. that was March 3. So I guess whoever stole my account took it on that day. any ideas on how to reclaim my account? Ive had it for years and have many purchases attached to it.... pretty worried that its gone.
