After paying over $3,000 for a Sony a6300 camera and lenses I find that I am unable to purchase an app for the camera that costs $9.99. The app is critical to my application so I guess Sony doesn't want my $3,000. It seems that the numerous calls and being shuffled from one person to another was just Sony's way of saying gotcha! There is something wrong with a tech company that cannot handle a $10.00 online transaction when I can call Amazon and have cat litter delievered to my door in 24-48 hours!
