Accidently deleted Wi-Fi Access Point on Vita.

I had some connection issues with my Vita's Internet Browser so I went into System Settings to see if I could fix it. I couldn't get the access point labeled "linksys" which is what we use to connect and in a fit of frustration I unwittingly deleted ! I can't figure out how to recover it so what should I do to get it back ? Also, what does SSID and WAP mean? Please respectfully keep in mind that I'm not very computer/tech savvy and what somewhat little I do know comes from what I learned from what I read, watched or was told and even then I still have some difficulty understanding it completely.
