I have a problem which I hope can be rectified. I have 3 playstations, I have been a customer since for at least a decade. I recently went to add a new playstation, only to find that I could not because old dead playstations which were listed on my account prevented me from adding any more. The rule used to be, that you could have up to 5 PS3 systems attached to an account. That rule changed in 2011, however I have been a PS3 owner since before the rule change. I used the onlnce chat support feature and they had me do a master reset of all of the units associated with my accound... Now however I can only add two systems to my account instead of the 3 I had before.. That's just great... now I have a 7 year old crying and a two $300.00 bricks. Online supports response was basically "too bad for you".
Really? This is how you treat a decade old customer? Someone who has purchased at least 5 systems over that decade... dozens of games... multiple controllers, season passes.. ... REALLY?
Can I get a little help here? Because this is BS... You are about to lose a customer....
