Currently I am playing "Need For Speed Rivals", and I wish to start playing online. While attempting to get online, the game asks me for a "Public ID". The problem though, is that the EA email it is connected to is an old AND deleted email that simply does not exist anymore. I wish to have this EA email deleted off my PSN account. If this is done, I may be able to place my actual EA email attached to my PSN account.
I have already attempted two ways to solve this issue myself:
One being having EA contact me and try to resolve the issue. Always asking me to download and play an EA game free demo like Fifa, to confirm my account is linked to me. Though after I'm done playing the game, they can't seem to prove my identity.
The 2nd option I've tried today, May 8, 2016, is downloading and installing "Origin" and attempting to add a friend (My old And Deleted email) to import that account and make it link to my PSN.
I feel this should be done so simply, yet it is an impossible task. Please delete the" EA email account" from my "PSN account" that I am currently making this forum with.
If there will be any issues such as my PSN somehow getting corrupted or deleted because of this, inform me first through this forum.
Just to be clear, I do not want my PSN account deleted. I only want the "EA email account" that is currently attached to my "PSN account" deleted, as it does not actually exist anymore.
