Banned On PS4

I need help my PS4 just got banned i dont know why i havent done anything wrong or said bad words and any of the PSN rules of not to do its been a week and no email and i dont live in US so i can't call them where i live the PSN website is outdated and i can't call sony or use chat support there isnt even one. also on the US website for PSN it wont let me use psn live chat either it says some kind of error  "Exceed limit of support requests, attempting to chat on tpics better suited for other supprt channels" please i need help asap i just bought my PS4 a couple months ago i dont know what to do
