Only permitting PSN IP Addresses

All,

I would like to block all Internet access from my son's PS3 and PS4.  I do however want them to get updates from Sony for their equipment.  Is their a list of IP addresses I can permit while blocking everything else?  Is there a *.domain.name they use that I can permit exclusively?
