Can't connect to PSN "Please wait..."

I bought my ps4 yesterday and i had problems updating my software and i finally got that worked out and my console up to date and now when i try to connect to PSN it just says PLEASE WAIT... This is when everything in my network settings is automatic (on the ps4 it says my connection is succesful through wifi) i have tried multiple things changing the DNS and the MTU but when i do that i get an error intsead of nothing i have hard reset my console atleast 10 seperate times now as well as reseting my router. I do not even have the option to make a new PSN account on my console and i can not find a solution on my end.
