so this just started today out of nowhere. i got home, went to play battlefront and when i press supremacy to join a game a blue screen with the message "please wait" and the white circle popped up, at the bottom left it said cancel. so i pressed cancel. tried a different mode, same thing. restarted the PS4, still happening, shut it down this time and let it power off completely, still happening. tried hardware rivals, same thing, driveclub, same thing.
then i went to network settings and try to reconnect, tried the google DNS, nothing has worked. all my features on playstation work, i can chat with people, create a party, join parties, watch youtube, netflix and so on, i just can't play online games.
the only thing i did today that was PSN related was redeem the code for the Division Beta through the playstation app, something i've done many times before since that's how i download my PS+ games. i did realize though, that i can't purchase or download games from the store, and my PS+ menu on the very left doesn't load anything, just continuosly has the white circle. also on the playstation website, my profile has no stats, my friends that are clearly online don't show up, no trophies, no previously played games, absolutley nothing, it's like my profile doesn't exist. i'm out of ideas and really wanna play, thanks for your input.
