“Please enter a valid card number” message when attempting to use Debit card

Can someone please help. The same debit card that is supposedly (not validated) isnt working on my PS4. i used it on two previous PS4's but now when i try to enter it to my recent one it's not letting me, It keeps telling me "Please enter a valid card number" like **bleep** this is so nerve-racking and frustrating. i've talk to customer support, but they get highly impatient and try to rush me off the phone. overall i think i'm just about to quit being a sony devotee and switch to microsoft cause this is ridiculous. My friend's playstation t worked. my brother by law on his PS it worked but now mine and Nothing. PLEASE HELP
