So I brought Outer rim Dlc from ps store through my Qatar Account , and found that it was stuck on waiting to install . So I did some little Research and found that the disk of mine is from California . So I dont know what to do. I talked about this with ps support chat they said to contact qatar region support but unfortunately they dont have any support so i dont know what to do. If You Guys help me, I will be really appreciated . Thank You
