Tried with the device. Stops download and fails at 4.15 Meg every time.
Tried with a computer (five different computers) download stops and fails at 3.9 repeatedly on all computers and whether wifi or hardline.
Having trouble with tech support because it wont recognize the online mane it accepted for my account.
At wits end ... never seen anything like this in all my years. New PS player. Unimpressed so far.
