Psn suspended/banned

Last night I went to log into my ps4 to see I had been logged out. On signing in I get message saying psn banned or temporarily suspended with code ws-37338-4. No emails received and upon emailing Sony got generic in helpful email in return.
Was wondering if anyone has has this before
