I have tried everything I can think of including deleting and re-entering my credit card information. The card validates but when I try to make the purchase I get the error WC-40382-7.
Everytime I try to buy something from the Playstation Network I go through some crap like this. How can you guys survive when the system is so combersome to use. Making it easy to buy stuff should be second only to reliability. Please tell me how to fix this problem.
