So, tried to log into my PS4 yesterday. Told it was on hold for violating Sony's policies. Figured it was just an error.
Called them, and rep told me that since I had called my bank 3 weeks earlier over charges made via my account (without my authorization), my bank charged them a $10 return unpaid fee. And since I did not call SONY first, and its MY account, its MY Problem.
I am a 10 year customer thrown to the gutter over $10. $10 bucks?!?!?! No way, right?
5 reps later, including 2 supervisors and their boss = same result. i owe $10 and thank you for the last ten years, have a nice day. The Supervisor's boss said he does not have the authority to reverse this $10 for a long time customer as this is POLICY. Said very biblically I might add. WOW! Just WOW.
This sound right to anyone? Never had a problem with Playstation before....not counting 2011 that is, of course.
