Can't sign into my account on psn

Just did a system restore on my vita(deactivated it) Trying to sign into psn and activate my account 

The Sign-in ID or password is not correct (even though it was, and i resetted my password and i still can't get into it)

If 2-step verfication is active, you must enter a device setup password into the [Password] field.

Check your mobile phone for a text messageabout your Sony Network Account(1: I do not have 2-step verification active, and 2: I don't own a cell phone and am not purchasing one just to gain access to my PSN account )
