It would seem that the most recent maintenance has locked out many playstation users from their digital titles, as well as deactivated their playstation consoles as their primary system. I am one of these people. Like everyone else I was playing a game (Dark Souls III) and during gameplay a notification saying in 15mins the app would close due to license issues. When I closed the game and checked, it locked me out.
After restoring the licenses that issue has been fixed, however, my PS4 is no longer the primary. I do not own any other PS4's, my account information has been shared with no one-- ever. After assuming my account was comprimised I proceeded to change the passwords for almost everything just to be sure. While reviewing my account on PSN's website, I saw that the deactivate all was utilized. Without my knowledge. My only assumption was that something in the maintenance has caused this, or a hacker-- but more than likely the former. Could you please resolve this as expidently as you can? Not just for me, but for the many other people enduring this issue.
