WC-40382-7 No, I don't want your pre-paid cards!!!

Apparently I'm not the only one beating this dead horse. I recently got a new card # from the bank so naturally switched my account stuffs. Everything was fine and dandy until I tried to make a purchase on psn and I got that message. After some troubleshooting and triple checking, I went on the chat thingy because there is no number to call. This issue started for me at the beginning of the month and after following everything psn support had to say time and time again, checking with the bank AVS over and over, making sure absolutely everything is correct, being told at times I was still locked out even though I haven't touched my account for two days, and finally waiting 7 days to make that one single "make or break" attempt, it still would not accept my card and now I am locked out again....after 1 attempt... after waiting 7 days. Kinda mad. PSN chat support cannot do anything. They are there to tell you to use their super neato pre-paid cards through amazon and go away! Having to tell them over and over that is not my issue is extremely frustrating. I am fully aware there are other ways to give them my money, I wouldn't have gone to support if that's all I needed. My problem is with this faulty, uncontrollable, skynet security system. I want to use my card as I always have. I've contantly asked support to tell me what I may have missed so I can fix it but they could not give me a clear answer, just the superficial statements like, check your bank or check your psn profile (I did! Why else would I be on the chat!?). I've asked for a solution to get my card to work (not a quick-fix pre-paid thingy) even if I have to wait x amount of time, swear my legiance to the dark side, and recite the alphabet backwards while balancing an egg on the backside of a spoon, to get it to work I'LL DO IT! Just let me know! I know this post won't make psn go, "You know what? Maybe we should look into this and maybe make some protocols and procedures with security and psn support to give them some administrative power/control if proper steps are taken to prove the identity of the account in question so they can straighten out the problem for the customer so they'll be happy and keep spending money." But instead I get, "There's nothing I can do for your account today, anything else I can help you with?" Today I got "hung up on" after saying, "Ok please, let's go over my billing info so we can try to solve this!" I know this is all first world problems junk but psn has got me bashing my head against the wall, begging for solutions! I've checked everything I could check, waited the "24hrs" after I learned it renews if you try within that time period (even would check with support to make sure my punishment time was over), I've read the psn solutions/blogs and there's nothing that I'm doing different than when it worked last month! The card is working, I've used it with no problems online and elsewhere. This is totally on psn's end and they seem to have no clue how to solve it. But PSN, you have me by the you-know-what because I've been with ps from the start. I've invested so much time and money with ps as a kid with a paper route saving for that ps1, playing God of War all the way through ps2 and ps3, dumping all the money I could on the ps4 with all the bells and whistles and becoming a ps plus member, finally getting a ps vita, and all the games between. And I was looking forward to playstation vr...Sadly I know I'm just a drop in the bucket and won't be missed if I go. This unfixable skynet WC-40382-7 situation and lack of real help has made this long time loyal playstation customer feel betrayed... I've got to go, that sad tiny violin is starting to get louder.
