Some time in the evening on 04/18/16 I was kicked off PSN with a message indicating that i was logged in at another console ( as much as my password is not super complicated, it does have a mix of Upper, lower, a symbol and a number) and no I didn`t share my info with anyone and I`m the sole user of this console.
At first i though it was just an internet connection issue, so i logged back on but it happened again several minutes later.
upon investigating what was going on, I noticed my PS4 was no longer the primary console on my account and some unknown PS4 was currently activated. I immediately changed my password making it different and slightly more complex.
Unfortunately for me, whoever got access to my account for that brief period between me noticing and the password change, used the online deactivation so i was unable to do so, and after going through CS and filling out a deactivation for my request was denied.
Spoke with an agent and a supervisor who both basically said, there is nothing they can do, I need to wait half a freaking year (6 Months)
Granted I was thinking enough to change the password and later called back in to have my bank card removed from the account, no one that I spoke with from Playstation found it fitting enough to recommend it or even inform me of what sort of liability I might be at risk for if any, having a bank card linked to my account, or even what features/services I may no longer have access to given the current situation.
