My PlayStation 4 Network keep signing me out when I play games

I would be playing games like Dark Souls 2, maybe some Black Ops, division & now dark souls 3. I can usually play a round or two with people but always at some point I get signed out of my PlayStation Network and I can't do any damage and and have to sign back in PlayStation Network and restart my game.
And this continues on and on I do this all day. I have on my PlayStation 4 for quite some time now and it's done this...
I don't think this is an internet connection I think it has something to do with PlayStation Network. Please help me
