I just bought 3 black ops 2 DLC camos when I starter my game to apply my camos my dlc wasnt there

My problem is That I have an BLES CD but the DLC are from BLUS

Why did Sony let me download an BLUS DLC when I got an BLES CD insert?

Sony if u can refund my DLC in BLES it would be very kind I really wanna het my DLC.
