This is ridiculous I went into my email and saw that a purchase was made for a game called just cause 3 for 59.99 through the psn store on my console through my paypal account I contacted my wife as she is the only one that would have access to my console and she did not make the pruchase let alone even use my system. I contacted support and they are going to refund the money back into my wallet but as I told them I do not want that in my wallet I want it back into card that the purchased was made through. They told me that it was not possible so I informed them that if I dispute it that I would be able to get my money back. Now this is all through live chat and since I started the chat with Noel I can tell that he has been trying to get me off the chat as he just kept asking if I was done with my questions. I asked him why my account would be banned and he just said have a good day and disconnected the chat. So I reconnected with the chat and spoke with Josue he told me that it would be banned because they would not be getting the money. I told him I did not authorize this purchsase and did'nt download the game so if I get a refund the wallet amount would go down to 0.00 as it was before. He said I would be in debt woith them for money they didnt have in the first place and they have the right to ban my account for it. how is it that if my wallet was at 0.00 and I get a refund back and the wallet goes back down to 0.00 that I would be in debt with them. The wallet amount is back to what it was in the beggining. So they are basically trying to force the that amount to stay i the wallet to force me to use that money on their products and that is just stupid. How are you going to try and force me to use the money that I worked for to purchase something I don't want from your store it makes no sense
