Many users of PSN Plus and another paid services will quit your services if that happens. We users need help of services like PSN, Netflix, YouTube and similars, which will have a significantly loss of clients, to join our cause and fight against this criminal "cartel" (dont know the word in english) of Internet operators in Brazil.
