After installing the 3.5 system update I have lost access to Final Fantasy XIV, an online mmo that I pay a monthly subscription to. After trying several times to contact support through twitter I finally get a reply 2 days later with some unhelpful tips that I have already tried on my own with no success. I have yet to hear ANYTHING back from anyone yet again. 3 days of lost subscription time, no clear route or sign to fixing the problem this **bleep** update created and being ignored by the customer service is REALLY STARTING TO **bleep** ME OFF. After the update was installed it tells me that I "Cannot use the content. To use the content, purchase it from the PlayStation Store" I ALREADY PAID FOR THE **bleep** GAME. I try renewing the licences, doesnt work. I go to the store to see if I can redownload anything, the store tells me YOU ALREADY OWN THE GAME. Why is there no CONTACT US on your god **bleep** support page, I NEED TO YELL AT YOUR **bleep** MANAGEMENT FOR A WHILE. GET SOMEONE IN CONTACT WITH ME ASAP.
