My account has been hacked?

I had to make a new account to log in here to post this. 
My account on my ps4 has had it's email changed.
When i try to change my password it asks for my email adress.
I enter my email and it says that it is not valid.
I can still get messages on my ps4 and play games but i can't do anything that requires me to use a password because there is an email that i dont recognized now attached to my account instead of my defaul email address.
