My PSN Account was stolen and activated on another PS4. I contacted support in early March and was told that the fraud department would deactivate the PS4 within 5 business days so that I can reactivate it on our PS4. I called back tonight and was told that they messed up and I have to submit a request via a form. Sadly, I cant get the form to submit probably because the form needs a serial number for the PS4 the thief is using in Europe.
Surely, there should be an easier way for SONY to fix my SONY account. All I want is to be able to access the games that I spent my hard earned money to purchase. Please let me know if there is any way that I can do this without continuing to get the runaround.
