My account was hacked. This is the second time this has happened. I never share my account information. I have always had a strong password. I'm only logged onto my personal playstation products. I contacted you guys through "chat" and had to wait 30 minutes. My account was recovered, but I was given zero information on how this happened and then my chat agent hung up on me. Why aren't you keeping my account safe? How come you can't even see who did this? This has never happened on my microsoft account and makes me trust them more than Sony. It seems like Sony does not care about its customers and protecting their information. I would like to know how and why my account got hacked and what you are doing to stop hackers.
