I need some help please! When I try to go to the play station store I get a message saying "an error has occured. (80551010)" and it just allows me to press O to go back. Then the background of the store appears but it's like if everything was empty or blank. I can't go to anywhere besides the downloads session and the search icon. If I search for something doesn't show anything. The store works just fine in my PS3, PS Vita and PS4. Please someone help me out.
