Problems adding funds to wallet

I have been TRYING to add funds to my "wallet" to pay for this **bleep** thing and it REFUSES to take payment. Tried paypal - nothing. Tried the card ON FILE - nothing. At first it say my cc is not valid (but it certainly accepted it the first time) THEN when I try a higher amount, it tells me "currently unable to add funds to your account. try again later." SERIOUSLY?

I'm just about to give up because this is RIDICULOUS!!!
