My PS4 was stolen in January 2016. I have now purchased a new console but I am not able to access my old account. When trying to reset the password I get an error. I did reset the password after the console was stolen. When trying to reset the password on the SCE website I get a message to say that there was a technical error and that I should contact support. I have contacted support in South Africa but they are not able to assist. I have also sent varoius mails to the support addresses listed but I am not getting any joy. Does anyone have any advise for me?
