Spent all day yesterday trying to figure out how to pay for my Vue subscription. All 3 credit cards were not going through. Ended up having to buy a PSN card from Amazon to fund my wallet. You guys can't do any better than this? Requiring your customers to jump through hoops to figure out how to fund their wallet because you have a crappy billing system? What do you guys use for brains over there? Jeez people - get your stuff together. Your customers don't deserve to be treated like this! It's a big slap-in-the-face to everybody who has to deal with this frustration.
I chatted with two of your customer service people about this yesterday - they were completely and utterly worthless. First one had no clue what he was doing. He passed me off to another chap who was equally as ignorant. All he wanted to do was offer work-arounds to the problem. How about you stop with the work-arounds and just fix the **bleep** problem? Your SONY for god sake. You have more money than god. Can't you use a bit of it to fix your crappy billing system? Get a clue man - get a **bleep** clue!!!
