Guys I think I solved the CE-33383 problem, I sign out of PlayStation network and later I wanted to sign in again but it didn't let me because it said that an error occurred and the numbers of error code were 33383, I searched everywhere in the Internet and I couldn't find anything, I have the witcher 3 theme and I don't know why but I decided to change it to the standard blue one and then I tried to sign in again and it let me
