I am trying to buy a game off the PlayStation store but it says my information is incorrect. when I press the account information for my psn on my ps4 it says please wait, and it never loads. I've tried adding funds from the PlayStation app, ive tried adding funds from the website, and it still won't take the information I give it. I've reset my PlayStation multiple times, signed in and out, reset my router, etc. is there something I can do to simply add the funds I want?
