For the past week, I cannot sign into the PS Store via the web with any PC, mobile device or browser. Everytime I try to sign in I get a pop up that says 'Sign In Failed'.
Also, when I access the store via PS4 console, there are no Buy or Download buttons for any content. I'm able to play online and use the PlayStation App on mobile but anything having to do with the store gets these errors.
Any idea how to fix this?
