Activate/Deactivate

so i recently moved back to college and attempted to change my primary ps4 from a ps4 back home to my ps4 on campus and forgot to deactivate it while home. I used the online deactivate feature to do this and now can't activate my ps4 on campus or back home. My account has a ps4 under the devices tab but i can't tell if its my ps4 on campus back home or someone elses? plz help I need to get this figured out. 

both ps4's have an option to activate the ps4 as primary, in the settings, but both say theres already a ps4 activated as primary
