Need help with dlc on old console....

I have recently sent my PlayStation for in for repair and have come on to my PS3 to find all my black ops 2 maps have gone missing..... I purchased them all.... No drama go on to ps store to find I can only download the season pass and even tho I had all four maps I have to pay 40£.... Is there away I can get my maps back with out paying £40
