Made two purchases with PS4 and both didn't install (MGS5 6000 MB coins and Uncharted Nathan Drake)

I first added Metal Gear Solid 5 add-on 6000 MB coins to my cart. Then I went to What's New and found the Naughty Dog sale for Uncharted Nathan Drake Collection link. I added that to my cart. Then I clicked proceed to checkout. Entered my credit card information, which was odd because it used to be there saved already, and then clicked download all. It said one download, wierdly, and I did watch Uncharted Nathan Drake collection download. My MGS5 MB coins aren't in my game. I try playing Uncharted, and the screen shows An error had occurred in the following application. I'm depressed and bored to begin with, and now I lost my gametime $80. What do I do to make these downloads work?
